Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bausch Health. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain internal processes and procedures to support site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Manage communication with employees through site display monitors, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Initiate and maintain purchase requisitions as directed by the Leadership team.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support required.
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to complete tasks with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Software proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office suites, and SharePoint.
