**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement, manage, and provide support of Mobile Device Management solutions, with a focus on MobileIron and MS Intune.
  • Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor and manage device inventory, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their technical concerns.
  • Install, configure, and deploy software applications such as Outlook client, VPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.). Perform OneDrive and OneNote sync.

**Requirements:**

  • Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Windows 11, Outlook, and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support.
  • System build, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong familiarity with desktop security products.
  • Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration.
  • Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops and Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
  • Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.).
  • Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity, and access).
  • Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required.
