Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Traffic Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct patrons to parking areas: Provide clear and concise directions to patrons, ensuring they are aware of available parking options and any restrictions.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork: Accurately record transactions, vehicle counts, and other relevant data to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure the cashier booth is tidy and free of debris, with clean windows and no unauthorized decorations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver Propark's standards of service, including a professional uniform, greeting, and resolution of customer issues.
  • Perform small cleaning and maintenance tasks: Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned by location management.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
