Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Dan-Loc Group. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering various human resources plans, policies, and procedures for all company personnel. This includes periodically reviewing the handbook and policies and procedures manual, suggesting changes as necessary, and assisting with administering the compensation program. You will also monitor the performance evaluation program, participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems, and maintain and update Job Expectations for all employees. Additionally, you will handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing, process all benefit enrollment paperwork, complete adds/drops/changes, and oversee HRIS in relation to unemployment filings, garnishments issues, etc. If you have prior experience in a similar job and are bilingual in English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar job
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
