Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a highly visible role that requires collaboration with business leaders and employees to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees within your designated service line.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate and address current and future workforce needs.
  • Identify and implement practical insights to foster employee growth and success.
  • Support HR and talent initiatives by identifying opportunities within your client group and collaborating with the broader HR team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the performance review and evaluation process.
  • Collaborate with the HR Center of Excellence on human resources actions, ensuring accuracy in new hires and promotions.
  • Analyze and report on HR data, including headcount and pipeline projections.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in employee management, partnering with the legal department as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to drive people strategy, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong consulting and partnership skills with leadership teams.
  • Ability to align performance management with desired organizational behaviors.
  • Proven track record of aligning HR programs with business priorities and measuring their effectiveness.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years in various HR functions or as a generalist.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Proven success in driving organizational change, developing workforce plans, and influencing management.
