Position Overview

HCTHealthcare is in search of a skilled Human Resources leader to take on the role of Interim Employee Relations Manager. This position is crucial for overseeing employee interactions within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance on all matters related to employee relations, including disciplinary actions, remediation processes, and counseling. Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up on investigations and training initiatives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Utilize mediation techniques, critical thinking, and coaching skills to address workplace conflicts and enhance communication among staff.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree is highly regarded.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of three years in healthcare management, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity within a Human Resources environment.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
