Client Relations Coordinator

The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a committed full-time Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our Adoptions team. Daily Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for visitors. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, offering administrative support, and being well-versed in all AHS programs and services to effectively assist customers. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, personable, and thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to delivering the best support and resources for our clientele.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Six months to one year of prior experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer; ability to learn new software as needed
  • Familiarity with retail and cash handling operations
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment / Physical Demands:

This position requires standing and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Employees may encounter occasional wet floors, animal sounds, odors, and dander. Most work will be conducted in a standard air-conditioned and heated office setting. The characteristics of the work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing essential job functions.
