Sales Director

Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking a Sales Director to lead our territory expansion efforts in the Great Lakes region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases through strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing territory expansion plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Providing technical sales support to existing sales channel partners
- Establishing new sales channel partners to service open geographic areas or niche market segments
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing a comprehensive sales process for technical, engineered products and capital equipment.
Salary is estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
