Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical sales professional to lead our sales team and drive commercial strategy and execution. As Technical Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining annual sales growth plans, enhancing commercial processes, and developing new opportunities to strengthen key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define annual sales growth strategy, plans, KPI's and metrics for sales engineers
  • Enhance commercial processes (quoting, forecasting, account management) and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys
  • Develop new opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships by coaching and partnering with internal and external teams on customer specifications / designs, presentations, and value-based negotiations
