Job Description

Liberty Systems is a leading provider of quality dry air and nitrogen systems, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual sales growth strategies, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for sales engineers.
  2. Enhance commercial processes and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships through coaching, partnering, and value-based negotiations.
  4. Drive product development and increase market shares by gathering and acting on competitive product and market insights in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  5. Identify and optimize business development and sales enablement tools, technology, and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the industrial/commercial industry, specifically in air compressors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
  • Up to 50% travel to customer/partner locations and trade shows.
