About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- IDentify, develop, and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close business deals in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and analyzing market trends
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest media trends and customer needs
