As a Residential Solar Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for growing our Residential Solar business through strategic partnerships and account management.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in a business-to-business sales-related role with previous experience cold-calling and qualifying leads. A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field is preferred.

  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, with a specific focus on New Home partnerships, to grow their volume with PosiGen in a compliant manner.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance, assess potential, identify operational and business risks, and deliver insights to all stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. The estimated salary for this position is $110,000—$130,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
