About the Role

As an Account Growth Specialist at Les Olson Company, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Western US region. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and account management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred, along with 6-10 years of experience in the IT or print industry.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 6-10 years of experience in the IT or print industry
