Position Summary
This part-time role within the Maine Mariners Sales Department offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to gain experience in sports ticket sales. As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our full-time staff in various sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain professional relationships to foster repeat business and ensure outstanding customer service.
2. Utilize the client relationship management system to manage and maintain effective sales leads.
3. Reach out to previous and potential customers to drive ticket sales.
4. Respond to incoming sales inquiries from prospective clients regarding ticket packages.
5. Conduct facility tours and appointments to secure new business and develop relationships.
6. Keep comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Attend all home games to support ticket sales initiatives.
8. Adhere to a consistent work schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for commission based on performance. Comcast offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees in various aspects of their lives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or coursework may also be considered. Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
