- Actively engaging with clients and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Delivering an outstanding business-to-business client service experience.
- Addressing product or service inquiries by clarifying client requirements; submitting service requests through established channels; selecting and articulating the best solutions to resolve inquiries; expediting corrections or adjustments; and following up to ensure resolution in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in distribution is preferred.
