Position Overview

The Customer Success Account Manager will oversee the success of a portfolio of over 100 clients, serving as the primary contact for all post-sale customer interactions. This role entails conducting customer segment research, analyzing data, and proposing tailored offerings, campaigns, and services. Key responsibilities include:
  • Promoting the adoption of the Renren CRM platform.
  • Providing training and education to clients in a group setting.
  • Acting as a strategic partner by conducting formal business reviews, assessing account performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring support requests to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters, proactively addressing requests, complaints, and escalations.
  • Communicating the status of ongoing initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth targets.
  • Conducting monthly meetings with clients to review services and provide recommendations.
  • Collecting materials for marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Managing monthly billing for franchise locations and assisting with corporate billing.
  • Consulting on the development and enhancement of clients' marketing strategies.
  • Evaluating clients' current marketing approaches and suggesting improvements.
  • Analyzing client website architecture to optimize performance metrics.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or sales.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing client relationships in a high-volume setting.
  • Proven experience in resolving customer issues directly.
  • Exceptional listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong writing and proofreading abilities, with attention to proper grammar and language.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferred certification as a Google Advertising Professional.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including paid and organic search, with additional knowledge in social and display advertising preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in technology, including internet navigation, Google Maps, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS products and online marketing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sales platform software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
