About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the industrial and manufacturing verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, and develop strategies to retain and grow existing business.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales materials to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, strong business acumen and analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
