Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee laboratory personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
- Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and collaboration.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with relevant standards, including AIHA-LAP, LLC, A2LA, and ISO17025.
- Establish and enforce laboratory policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
