About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the industrial and manufacturing verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to educate customers about the value proposition of Tradesmen International's services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold-calling and canvassing territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to drive sales growth and exceed performance targets
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
