Paths4Success LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Independent Contractor to join our team as a Coaching and Sales Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one coaching sessions to our distributors, developing customized training plans tailored to individual client needs and goals, and conducting interviews and consultations to convert leads into clients.

Responsibilities

  • Client Coaching and Development:
    • Provide expert coaching and guidance to our distributors to help them achieve their goals.
    • Develop and implement customized training plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Program Management:
    • Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
    • Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve coaching programs.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
    • Network with industry professionals to build partnerships and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, executive training, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
    • Experience working as an independent contractor or in a remote capacity is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Coaching, or a related field is preferred.
