About the Role

KETRON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure successful execution of tasks and goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales and leadership goals
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
