About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at AccentCare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing our marketing plan and building strong relationships with referral sources, new accounts, and clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain contact with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, Case Managers, and insurance companies.
  • Distribute information materials and participate in related promotional activities.
  • Develop contractual arrangements and maintain communication with vendors and partners.
  • Participate in developing new business ventures and prepare presentations to potential partners.
  • Provide creative marketing techniques and stay informed regarding competitors' pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between referral resources and branch staff.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a courteous and service-oriented working relationship with referral sources and clients.
  • Exercise excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a health-related field preferred.
