We are seeking a proactive and skilled product leader who will take charge of crafting compelling narratives within our project management tools and effectively communicating these product visions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization and responds to market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other essential teams to define clear product specifications, features, and user requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor assessments to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhancement.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of product strategies and inform future development decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to formulate effective go-to-market strategies, establish product positioning, and create necessary sales support materials.
  • Champion the user experience throughout the product lifecycle, integrating user feedback to improve product value and satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve competing project demands, balancing user needs, organizational objectives, and technical constraints to make informed decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Engage with the Engineering team based in a different location.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not mandatory if substantial operational experience is demonstrated.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in launching and scaling B2B products, particularly in the Cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong technical acumen is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape and its technological advancements is critical.
  • Experience in startup environments or small, agile teams is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
