Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate market dynamics and competitor actions to identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation.

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to devise effective market entry strategies, establish product positioning, and create necessary sales support materials.
  • Champion the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle, incorporating user feedback to enhance product value and satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts arising from project demands, balancing user needs, organizational objectives, and technical constraints to make informed decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Engage with the Engineering team located in Bangalore.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not mandatory if substantial operational experience is demonstrated.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling B2B products, particularly in Cybersecurity.
  • Strong technical acumen is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Cybersecurity sector and its technological advancements is crucial.
  • Experience in startup environments or small, agile teams is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
