About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Dash Technologies Inc. as a.NET Developer Lead.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to lead our off-shore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of critical applications in a.NET environment with a strong focus on software development life cycle.
  • Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, MVC, Angular, SQL Server, REST API, and Azure.
  • Manage and lead teams ranging from 5-8 senior, mid-level, and junior developers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Implement REST services and work in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the SCRUM process.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing critical applications in a.NET environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and make presentations.
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies.
  • Strong experience implementing REST services and working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in MedTech.
  • Experience managing an offshore team in India.
