Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating human resources activities across all Noble entities, ensuring alignment with overall company and employee development expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee succession planning for key positions, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation related to personnel matters.
  • Administer changes in personnel policies and procedures, ensuring proper compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to carry out personnel-related responsibilities.
  • Design, develop, and implement benefits policies, practices, and programs.
  • Work with third-party providers to ensure Noble receives the best value for its investment.
  • Administer insurance policies, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and leaves of absence.
  • Coordinate employment activities, such as new hire orientation.
  • Receive and resolve employee complaints or grievances.
  • Analyze wage and salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans.
  • Communicate company policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Consult with legal counsel to ensure HR policies comply with federal and state law.
  • Compile HR reports for various audiences.
  • Administer employee records, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies.
  • Deliver presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
Requirements

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Utilizes recruitment sources, exhibits sound interviewing skills, and presents a positive view of the organization.
  • Safety and Security: Observes safety and security procedures, determines appropriate action beyond guidelines, and reports potentially unsafe conditions.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of ten years' experience in leading and managing human resource professionals is required. PHR or SPHR certification is also preferred.

This role may require occasional travel to various Noble locations to support HR staff and local management.

The physical demands of this role include sitting frequently, standing, walking, and talking or hearing occasionally. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
