Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at HHM Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they meet established guest service, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in lobby ambassador activities to create a positive and welcoming experience for guests.
- Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts and conducting audits.
- Make and confirm reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Promote Hersha Hospitality and brand-specific marketing programs to increase revenue and guest engagement.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
