Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage catering budgets and expenses, ensuring that costs are controlled and that revenue targets are met.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that catering services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in catering operations, event planning, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
