Management Trainee

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Manage and lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• Valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
