We are looking for a qualified Division Manager to become part of our team

In this position, you will oversee division personnel, ensure daily objectives are met, uphold compliance with established procedures and policies, and communicate any concerns to upper management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, adept problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of management principles.

Key Responsibilities of the Division Manager:

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily operations within the division.
  • Assess division performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Offer direction and support to division staff.
  • Ensure compliance with division policies among staff members.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Work alongside finance to formulate the division's budget.
  • Review operational processes and escalate issues to senior management.
  • Address inter-division conflicts with support from HR.

Qualifications for the Division Manager:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or project management.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of management practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding conflict resolution and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
