Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at SRP Companies. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling our wide variety of products to local stores within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and sell our products to customers, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct end-of-day reports on business transactions
  • Execute installations of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials at customer locations
  • Conduct business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues
  • Interact with customers and present a good company image

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
  • Technical skills, including smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours a week in all weather conditions and willingness to travel overnight on selected routes
