Strategic Growth Director

Parkland Health and Hospital System is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate emerging client issues to Project Managers (PMs) promptly.
  • Work with PMs to understand client needs and communicate those successfully to the delivery team.
  • Identify and analyze the design of jobs, work processes, workflows, etc. for PCCI's strategic partnerships and implement appropriate changes to improve effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Strategic partnerships by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and guidelines that impact the Strategic Partnerships department.
  • Develop effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise annual goals and objectives for the Strategic Partnerships department that support the missions and objectives of PCCI.

Requirements:

  • MBA, MSA or Master of Public Health or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience with a healthcare consulting firm or other relevant experience, such as sales, customer/client management, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, organized, proactive, and goals-oriented.
  • Technologically savvy with a desire and ability to learn and the curiosity to explore new ideas.
  • Ability to connect the dots and link client needs to PCCI solutions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate product features and key value propositions to diverse audiences.
