Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for PHHS.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and communicate emerging client issues to Project Managers (PMs) and work with them to understand client needs and communicate those successfully to the delivery team.
- Identify and analyze the design of jobs, work processes, workflows, etc. for PHHS's strategic partnerships and implement appropriate changes to improve effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Strategic partnerships and integrate knowledge gained into current work practices.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact the Strategic Partnerships department.
- Develop effective internal controls to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and revise annual goals and objectives for the Strategic Partnerships department that support the missions and objectives of PHHS.
- MBA, MSA, or Master of Public Health or other related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience with a healthcare consulting firm or other relevant experience, such as sales, customer/client management, etc.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, organized, proactive, and goals-oriented.
- Technologically savvy with a desire and ability to learn and the curiosity to explore new ideas.
- Ability to connect the dots and link client needs to PHHS solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate product features and key value propositions to diverse audiences.
