About the Role

As an Executive Director, Strategic Advisory Services, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence related to the purchase and sale of private and public companies. You will develop and extend your financial and interpersonal skills, working closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide expert advice on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence teams on M&A transactions, including financial, IT, and tax due diligence
  • Develop and extend financial and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience and training
  • Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide expert advice on financial matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 firm
  • Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic and a demonstrated track record of client development (private equity client experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
  • Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including SEC reporting, purchase accounting, and transaction-related issues
  • CPA
