Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain our systems and workstations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Network Management: Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that our IT systems and data are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
