Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager. This role involves managing and servicing our commercial lines accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of commercial insurance, a solid understanding of agency operations, and proficiency in AMS360.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager, your duties will include:

1. Overseeing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
2. Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Preparing proposals, certificates, and endorsements for clients.
4. Managing renewals and policy reviews to align with client needs.
5. Collaborating with the agency operations team for seamless service delivery.
6. Utilizing AMS360 for effective account management and operational tasks.
7. Addressing client-related issues promptly and professionally.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in the commercial insurance sector.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
2. Proficiency in AMS360 and other relevant insurance software.
3. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance, including property and casualty, endorsements, and renewals.
4. Strong client management and customer service skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
8. A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
