The Vice President-Enrollment Management & Student Affairs position at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is a key leadership role that oversees the University's enrollment management and student affairs functions. This includes directing and coordinating the activities of deans and directors, as well as overseeing the Blue Healer Student Success Center (BHSSC) and student records, financial aid, and student affairs.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of strategic enrollment plans to attract and retain students.
- Oversee the operations of the enrollment management and student affairs departments, including budget management and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with other university departments to ensure alignment with the institution's mission and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations and compliance in higher education.
- Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management and/or student affairs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and best practices in enrollment management and student affairs.
- Experience with research and use of data to inform decision-making.
