The Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the University's enrollment management and student affairs operations. This role entails directing and coordinating the functions of the deans and directors of admissions, the Blue Healer Student Success Center (BHSSC), student records, financial aid, and student affairs.
The incumbent will serve as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) and be responsible for reporting all allegations of crimes to the Security Office. Key responsibilities include leading the enrollment management and student affairs staff in conveying the Baptist University story to prospective students and supporters, providing oversight for operational and capital budgets, and serving as a senior leader on significant University councils and committees.
Requirements and Qualifications- Master's Degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related area.
- Demonstrated effective leadership with four (4) years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management and/or student affairs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and best practices in enrollment management and/or student affairs.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations and compliance in higher education.
- Experience in applications of technology related to enrollment management and/or student affairs.
