Job Summary

The Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking a highly motivated and organized Dual Enrollment Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment and K-12 Partnerships department, you will be responsible for overseeing the enrollment of high school students into our dual enrollment program. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to increase dual enrollment student enrollment
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local school systems and other stakeholders to promote the dual enrollment program
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and admitted dual enrollment students, parents, and other campus departments
  • Stay up-to-date on policies and procedures related to the TSAC dual enrollment grant
  • Collaborate with academic affairs and finance departments to ensure seamless academic and billing processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in higher education, counseling, human services, business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support
  • Preferred experience in admissions, records, financial aid, or other related student affairs areas within a higher education setting
