Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Therapies Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of dialysis therapy to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients' response to home dialysis training and treatment therapy
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on dialysis therapy and related equipment
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and optimal treatment outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Home dialysis therapy experience (preferred)
