Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate with a team to design, implement, test, and sustain software solutions for Air Mobility C-130J and C-5 systems. You will engage in a structured software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.

Your role will require proficiency in software development practices, including requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, integration, and testing. Strong communication skills are essential for fostering collaboration within Agile Development Teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Ada95 and/or Python
  • Knowledge of DO-178B/C standards
  • Familiarity with development tools such as compilers and debuggers
  • Experience with testing tools like VectorCAST
  • LINK 16 knowledge is a plus
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Security Clearance Requirement:

This position necessitates a government security clearance, and applicants must be US Citizens.
