Position Overview

Senior RF Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced engineer specializing in RF component and circuit design, particularly for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This hands-on leadership position involves planning, designing, analyzing, simulating, verifying, documenting, supporting, and overseeing the production of RF devices tailored for wireless defense and space initiatives.

The Senior RF Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and engineering capabilities by collaborating with customers, business development, sales, and marketing teams. Strong project management skills are essential to ensure timely execution and effective communication of program and technical objectives.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with over 10 years of experience in RF product development and design.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills.
  • A strong drive to succeed and contribute.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in high-reliability product engineering and familiarity with MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535 standards is preferred.

The compensation range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $124,400 - $235,700 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, business needs, market conditions, and specific job responsibilities. Employees may also participate in an incentive plan, with certain roles eligible for additional recognition and stock awards based on individual and company performance.
