Position OverviewRole: Principal RF Electrical Engineer
We are in search of a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced engineer specializing in RF component and circuit design. This role requires expertise in system, circuit, and component design for Receivers and Transmitters, particularly in High Reliability Aerospace and Defense applications.
In this pivotal leadership position, the RF Engineer will oversee the planning, design, analysis, simulation, verification, documentation, and production release of RF devices tailored for wireless Defense and Space applications. The Senior RF Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping and prioritizing our product roadmap while collaborating with customers, business development, sales channels, and marketing teams. Strong project management skills are essential to ensure timely execution and effective communication of program and technical objectives to both management and clients.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with over 10 years of experience in RF product development and design.

- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in high-reliability product engineering, with knowledge of MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535 being advantageous.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $124,400 - $235,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
