Position Summary

The Staff Officer for Influence, Deception, and Perception Management Activities will serve as a contractor to assist the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategies and plans for Department of Defense (DoD) operations related to influence, deception, and perception management.
  • Support leadership in overseeing governance processes, including compliance inspections and staff assistance visits, for DoD operations related to influence and perception management.
  • Prepare and coordinate staff documentation that encompasses sensitive requirements for leadership to facilitate DoD operations in influence and deception.
  • Create and distribute reports and presentations that provide insights into DoD operations related to influence, deception, and perception management for congressional and senior executive review.

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in policy development or analysis within the Department of Defense, including areas such as operational assessments, requirements, or planning.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in policy development, oversight of Activities Staff Officer programs, or resource requirements within the DoD.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles related to influence, information operations, or deception within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
