Transforming Order Fulfillment for Enterprise Customers

Varjo, a pioneer in virtual and mixed reality solutions, seeks a skilled Senior Customer Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for our B2B customers in North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure seamless execution of orders, from purchase order management to shipping and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders for customers in North America, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related roles in global logistics.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience.
