Blood Collection SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Blood Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the availability of blood products for patients in need.
Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from donors in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors throughout the donation process.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and blood products collected.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive donation experience for all.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy or blood collection preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
