Packaging Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team at Octopi Brewing Co. in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including can/bottle line fillers and keggers.
- Perform changeovers, minor maintenance, and quality control checks to ensure efficient production.
- Review and confirm packaging mix and volume before filling product.
- Collect and record data on packaging runs and quality processes.
- Identify and address potential problems with process and workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including PPE and GMP requirements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Brewery or beverage industry experience a plus.
- Ability to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs, as needed.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours.
Compensation:
$23-$25 hourly wage, depending on experience.
