Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of the blood collection process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, as well as sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Driver's License: Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, such as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA), is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience, such as a team lead or supervisor, is also highly valued.
