Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization, Wisconsin Men's Wellness SC, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, blood draws, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical coding and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and sterilize medical instruments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements:
  • Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting, with a strong background in medical support services.
  • Ability to provide exceptional patient care with compassion and empathy, prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
  • Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff members.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing healthcare environments.
