Job Overview:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Take charge of the Draft Account System while ensuring the accuracy of balance reporting and control discrepancies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute transactional processing for all Draft Account operations as necessary.
  • Provide support to colleagues and both internal and external clients regarding technical process challenges.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members and clients as needed.
  • Engage in the assessment of current operational and business workflows to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of new processes, including analysis, project planning, and implementation timelines.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts related to the Draft Account system.
  • Deliver technical guidance regarding account flows and processes, along with suggestions for improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley internal control standards.
  • Maintain personal efficiency levels of 85% or higher.
  • Identify and evaluate processes for potential improvements.
  • Keep all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the operational area up to date.
  • Understand and apply Chubb's Core Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Interact with team members and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control frameworks.
  • Strong research capabilities.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
